Standard itedms
For items that are sold" as isx (i.e.,not customised or personalised), we offer a full refund if the item is returned within 14 day of purchase in its original condition and packaging.
Customised & Personalised Items
Due to the bespoke nature of customised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been personalised. This includes custom colours, sizes, or any other modifications made at the customer’s request.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, andwe will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

All returned items must be in its original packing . It is the customer's responsibility to pay postage on any returns.
Then we will issue the full refund on receipt excluding the original delivery charges, alternatively if preferred we can exchange the product too.
Shipping:
Parcels will be posted within 24 hours after full payment is received
Normal deliveries will take up to 3-5 days
1st class delivery takes up to 2-3 days
2nd class delivery takes up to 2-4 days
